2. General

Protecting your personal data matters to us. We process personal data only as far as the law allows, in particular under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). This website is delivered encrypted via HTTPS.

3. Visiting the website and server log files

When you visit our website, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time of the request, page or file requested, amount of data transferred, status code, browser and operating system (user agent), and the previously visited page (referrer).

Purpose: delivering the website, security and stability. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and error-free operation). Log files are deleted after 30 days. Hosting: own server

4. Contact form and email

If you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process the details in your message (name, email address, topic, message text) to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract or leads to one, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The consent box in the form serves transparency.

To protect against spam, your IP address is briefly stored only in hashed form (not reversible) to limit the number of requests per hour. We delete your message once your request has been dealt with and no statutory retention duties apply.

5. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. All fonts are stored locally on our server; no connection to font providers is made.

6. External links: shop and UNA marketplace

Our website contains links to our shop and to the UNA marketplace. When you click them you leave our website. The privacy notices of the respective operator apply to data processing there. In the shop we process order and customer data in accordance with the privacy policy published there.

7. Hosted platforms (rental model)

If we host a platform for you, you are the controller for your users' personal data. We process this data on your behalf. For this we conclude a data processing agreement with you under Art. 28 GDPR.

8. Recipients

We pass on personal data only if this is necessary to handle your request, we are legally obliged to do so, or you have consented.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is Bayrische Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht BayLDA.

10. Obligation to provide data, automated decisions

Providing data in the contact form is voluntary. Without name, email address and message we cannot answer your request. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.

11. Changes

We will update this privacy policy when our services or the law change. The version published here applies. As of: October 2026.
